Feedback
At The Loughborough we encourage feedback from our members on all aspects of the Society's activities.
We really want to hear from you on the issues and concerns that matter most to you and your Society. The more we know about these issues the more we can tailor our products and services to ensure that they are of the high standard you have come to expect from The Loughborough.
We are looking very hard at how we do business with our members and whether it actually meets their expectations. We are keen to know whether or not you value the chance to discuss financial issues face to face or are happy to buy financial services over the phone or via the internet. Do you use our branches and if so are they open at the right times?
If you have never considered visiting one of our branches would you do so if they were open at a time that fitted in with your own lifestyle?
The Loughborough holds Member's Forum twice a year and all members of the Society are welcome to attend. The purpose of the forum is to give members the opportunity to meet and question the Executive Directors about issues affecting you as a member, and general issues affecting the Society.
Previous forums have been a success providing for open discussion and debate. It also allows the Executive to hear your ideas and comments first hand, on all operational aspects of the Society. These can then be taken into account when changes and new developments are considered and clearly underlines our principles of being member owned and customer led.
