Glebe House is an independant charity that supports adults and children with learning disabilities. Based in Loughborough, we provide a wide range of day services for people of all ages, which are all aimed at improving the lives of the people we support and the lives of those who support them. We are always ready to discuss providing new services for people with personal budgets or direct payments.

Check out the The Court House Café is part of the Glebe House Work Skills project and the cafe provides opportunities for adults with learning disabilities to gain experience of working in a real café.
All of the profits from the cafe and the shop are used to support the other activities of Glebe House
The Court House Café is open 10.00am-4.00pm from Monday to Saturday and is a quiet place for a break in a busy town centre.
The café sells a variety of items, including freshly ground coffees, sandwiches, paninis, soup and jacket potatoes. There is also a range of daily specials, salads and a variety of freshly made cakes. Some of the fresh produce used in the café is grown locally on our allotment.
Within the café operates the Fairtrade Shop. The Shop has a range of items, from scarves to sweets, from necklaces to novelty items, all sourced under the Fairtrade name. This shop is staffed by volunteers and adults with learning disabilities who wish to gain retail experience.
