What are we looking for?

We are looking for a skilled and customer focused Mortgage Adviser to join our team. In this role you will provide tailored mortgage advice to our customers, guiding them through the process of securing their mortgage and ensuring they receive an exceptional service. You will be responsible for assessing customer needs, presenting suitable mortgage products and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to uphold the trusted reputation of The Loughborough Building Society, whilst having the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

About the role

As a mortgage adviser, you will be the face of The Loughborough Building Society for our customers, helping them navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence, you’ll provide expert advice on our products, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs, you’ll also play a vital role in growing our business through proactive relationship-building and delivering an exceptional service that reflects our values.
