Joint borrower sole proprietor

Our Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor mortgage enables you to combine your resources with those of supporting family members so you can afford your own home.  With up to two owner occupiers and up to two non-owning borrowers, the prospect of owning your own home could become a reality.

    Representative Example
    A mortgage of £216,619.00, payable over 31 years and 11 months (383 months) initially on a fixed rate for 5 years (60 months) of 6.25% and then on our current standard variable rate of 7.89% for the remaining 26 years and 11 months (323 months) would require 60 monthly payments of £1,306.95 then 323 monthly payments of £1,525.35 on a capital and interest repayment method.
