- Change of personal details eg. change of name/address
- Changes to your direct debit
- Lump sum payment/redemption
- Extend your mortgage term
- Convert some/all of your repayment mortgage to interest only
- If you have a self-build mortgage and are ready for your next stage release
Mortgage term or borrower changes
For the following changes, you need to call 01509 389282:
- Add/remove a borrower
- Reduce your mortgage term
- Convert some/all of your interest only mortgage to repayment
