The Loughborough hosted a Macmillan Coffee Morning on 23rd September.
Macmillan Coffee Mornings encourages individuals and organisations to gather for a coffee break while raising funds to provide much-needed support for people affected by cancer.
Loughborough employees channelled their inner Paul Hollywood and baked a variety of cakes, scones and pastries for colleagues to purchase.
Our Community Team also hosted a coffee bar, serving drinks to go with the cakes from espressos to Earl Grey tea.
Money raised from the coffee and cakes will go to Macmillan to aid cancer care, research, and patient support services.
We’re delighted to announce that we raised raised £363.00 with the Society rounding up to £500.
