Our Holiday Let 2 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage offers a fixed rate of 4.89% for a period of 2 years from the month of completion. Thereafter the interest rate will revert to the Society’s prevailing standard variable mortgage interest rate (SVR), currently 7.89%.
