Mortgage Underwriter

Full-time Mortgage Underwriter – Head Office  

We are seeking a Mortgage Underwriter to join our Mortgage Services team, to process and underwrite a variety of different types of mortgage applications including prime residential, buy-to let, self-build and family assisted lending.  

Whilst training and familiarisation with Loughborough policies, procedures and systems, previous experience is essential and experience of underwriting cases received from mortgage intermediaries would be an advantage.

Compliance Assistant

Full-time Compliance Assistant – Head Office

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and proactive individual to join our Risk & Compliance Team. 

You may be looking for your first role in compliance or already have some experience of working in a monitoring role.    You’ll need to be keen to learn and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. 

Ideally applicants will have experience of working within the financial services sector or within a regulated environment.  CeMAP qualification would be an advantage, but not essential as the opportunity to gain qualification will be offered as part of the role.

You’ll need good time management and organisational skills together with the ability to prioritise tasks and ensure deadlines are met. Have an enquiring mind-set, be diligent and methodical in your approach and able to produce high quality and accurate work.  Strong communication skills – both written and verbal are essential.
