This new role is dedicated to providing first class customer service to our mortgage customers and administrative support to the Mortgage Advice and Underwriting Teams.  Reporting to the Mortgage Advice Manager, this is an ideal opportunity for an individual with mortgage knowledge and excellent customer service skills. To be successful in this role you need to be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Full-time Customer Services Administrator – Head Office  

We are seeking a confident customer focused individual to join our Customer Services team, carrying out customer requests, scheduled events and helping with customer enquiries.  

Financial services experience is not essential as training will be given but a basic knowledge of financial services industry and previous customer services experience is essential.

Mortgage Arrears and Securities Administrator

Full-Time Mortgage Arrears & Securities Administrator - Head Office

We are looking for an individual who is experienced in helping customers who face difficulty in meeting their financial commitments. You will need to be empathetic and understanding of the customer’s situation and work constructively to ensure a positive outcome for both the customer and the Society.

Having worked in a similar role is desirable and a good basic knowledge of mortgages and how they work is essential.

Mortgage Adviser

Full-Time Mortgage Adviser - Head Office

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, customer focused team player to join The Loughborough’s Mortgage Advice team.

Ideally, you’ll have mortgage advice experience gained in a building society or similar financial services environment, and will hold CeMap qualification (or equivalent).

You’ll need excellent telephone and communication skills and be able to deliver the highest standard of customer service at all times whilst competently and diligently dealing with all aspects of providing mortgage advice.
