IT Services Support Analyst

Full-time IT Services Support Analyst – Head Office, Loughborough

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our IT Team. 

No two days will be the same.  You’ll be the first line of response for all staff and be flexible enough to fix a jammed printer one minute and help with cyber security the next. 

You may be looking for your first role in IT or have experience of 1st line support.  You’ll need to be keen to learn and enjoy being hands on. 

You’ll need to have the skill to multitask across a number of concurrent duties and projects, have good troubleshooting and problem solving abilities along with good communication skills – both written and verbal.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and proactive individual to join our Compliance Team for a period of 12 months. 

You may be looking for your first role in compliance or have experience of working in a customer service or administrative role.  You’ll need to be keen to learn and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
